  1. Terms of use of the website
    Access to the OwlX Tribe website implies acceptance of the conditions that regulate said website, namely: (i) this legal note, (ii) the privacy policy, (iii) the cookie policy, and ( iv) the conditions of purchase where applicable (hereinafter, the 'OwlX Tribe Policies'). We therefore recommend that all users of the portal carefully read the OwlX Tribe Policies before using the site. If in doubt, we are available at support@owlxtribe.com. By virtue of accepting the above conditions, the user undertakes to use the portal in a lawful, moral manner and in compliance with public order and generally accepted good practices. In particular, you must avoid: (1) using the OwlX Tribe website for purposes that are illegal or contrary to OwlX Tribe Policies, (2) carrying out acts that are harmful or that could damage the image of OwlX Tribe on the market, and (3 ) to carry out any action that could damage or compromise the normal functioning of the OwlX Tribe site, the services it offers, and any computer equipment, files or databases owned by OwlX Tribe or its legitimate owners, contained or saved in any of the sections that make up the OwlX Tribe site. (both belonging to the same corporate group), and their legitimate owners. Consequently, users or third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, altering, reproducing, distributing or adapting the contents without the prior and express authorization of the owners of the contents themselves. Use of or access to the OwlX Tribe website does not give users any rights to the content available there.

    The inclusion of any link to the OwlX Tribe site from third party websites without the prior and express consent of OwlX Tribe is prohibited.
    Any links that may be placed on the OwlX Tribe site to other websites or third-party materials (hereinafter, "Other Websites") are provided for informational purposes only. OwlX Tribe does not control the content of any websites other than the OwlX Tribe site. Therefore, OwlX Tribe assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage and/or loss as a result of the use of other websites.
  4. Responsibility
    OwlX Tribe:
    OwlX tribe has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information obtained through the OwlX Tribe website is as accurate and close to reality as possible. However, OwlX Tribe does not warrant that such information is accurate, complete or current.
    OwlX Tribe reserves the right to modify or remove the content and configuration of the OwlX Tribe site at any time and without notice, may limit, suspend or prevent access to the owlxtribe site, in whole or in part, in its absolute discretion. Likewise, OwlX Tribe assumes no responsibility for any interference, omissions, interruptions, failures or disconnections that may have been caused by causes beyond the control of OwlX Tribe.

    Users will be directly responsible for any losses that may be suffered as a direct or indirect result of any breach or failure to comply with the OwlX Tribe Policies.
    Users are solely responsible for any infringements committed or any losses caused while using the OwlX Tribe website. OwlX Tribe is exempt from any liability arising from the actions of users.
  5. Shipping data
    OwlX Tribe products (as they appear on the owlxtribe website) are shipped to Italy, and Europe

    *Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Closing time is Friday at 10.00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
  6. Returns
    After receiving the order, carefully check the delivery note to make sure that all the requested products are included. Otherwise, or if the package is damaged during transport, contact customer service immediately.
    If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. The items must be returned intact, unused and unwashed, placed in the original packaging, with all labels attached and with internal protective lining.
    To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out the appropriate form that you can download on the returns page.
    The return of OWLX TRIBE products is your responsibility and will take place at your expense. Therefore, for your peace of mind we recommend that you turn to a reliable courier that offers you the possibility of tracking the package.
    Once the return has been received and checked by OWLX TRIBE, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 10 business days to process your refund.
    Follow these simple steps for a fast return:
    1. Fill out the return form in all its parts.
    2. Include the return form and the items to be returned in one package.
    3. Take the package to your chosen courier and choose your preferred shipping method. We recommend that you keep your tracking information in case you need it.

    FREE RETURN SHIPPING WITH PAYPAL:
    If you paid for your order with PayPal, you can have the return costs refunded
    How does it work:
    1. Log in to your Paypal account, select the purchase you returned and click "Request a refund of return costs".
    2. Submit the return request form together with proof of your return within 30 days.
    3. If your request is approved, PayPal will send a refund of up to €30 to your account within 10 business days.
    You can receive up to 12 refunds per person, per year, under PayPal's returns service. Only one refund is allowed per PayPal transaction.

    To get the most out of our service, please return your items in accordance with our return policy and place your order for replacement items online or by calling OwlX Tribe customer service for assistance.
WARRANTY
OwlX Tribe products are subject to the current legal guarantee. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not apply to damage caused by abuse, neglect, improper repairs, misuse, modifications and alterations, or to use other than as intended. OwlX Tribe makes no other express or implied warranties. OwlX Tribe is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
