DELIVERY OF GOODS

Upon delivery of the material by the courier, verify that:

• The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document;
• The packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered;
• The transport document, contained in the appropriate envelope applied to the outside of one of the packages, or delivered by the courier, must be kept;
• The mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier;

DELIVERY TIME

• Usually, customized products will be delivered within 4 to 24 working days from the date of order; It depends on the type of customization.
• However, delivery will take place based on the courier you choose
• Orders will be processed until the morning of every Friday by 10:00 am; Subsequent orders will be processed on Monday morning and shipped the following day.
